Service Overview
I create personalized comic-style portraits from your photos and deliver them as high-quality PNG, JPEG files (300 DPI). This is a digital product—no physical item will be shipped.
Ordering Process
Customers must provide a clear, high-resolution photo via email or form after purchase. The final portrait will be delivered within 24-48 hours after receiving the photo.
Customization
Customers can request names, dates, or short messages to be added. Background styles can be customized (plain, soft color, or custom).
Usage Rights
The artwork is for personal use only. Commercial use, reproduction, or resale of the digital file is not permitted without prior written consent.
Revisions
One round of minor revisions (background adjustments, small text tweaks) is included. Additional revisions may incur an extra fee.
Delivery
The final portrait will be sent via email as a downloadable PNG file. No physical prints are provided, but customers can print the file at home or through a professional print shop.
Refund Policy
Non-Refundable Purchases
Due to the custom nature of the artwork, refunds are not available once work has begun. If the customer fails to provide a photo within 7 days of purchase, the order may be canceled without a refund.
Cancellations
Orders can be canceled before work begins for a full refund. Once the portrait is in progress, cancellations are not accepted.
Revisions & Satisfaction
If there is an issue with the final portrait, I will offer one free revision to ensure satisfaction. Major changes (new photo, complete redesign) will require a new order.
File Issues
If the customer experiences technical issues with the file, I will resend the PNG at no additional cost.
